TURKEY BURGERS

Our Northern Lights hot sauce puts a delicious twist on these easy to make turkey burgers!
Ingredients:
1lb Ground Turkey
1tbsp Bread crumbs
1tsp Cumin
1tsp Chili powder
1/4tsp Black pepper
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Minced garlic
2tbsp Northern Lights hot sauce
4 Brioche buns
1tbsp Vegetable Oil
Process:
Add all ingredients except buns to a mix bowl and mix well.
Roll and flatten into patties.
Add patties to oiled skillet on medium heat and cook for roughly 8mins per side or until temp reaches 165F.
Add separated buns to skilled and toast for 1min.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes and extra hot sauce.

SOLAR FLARE

PINEAPPLE PULLED PORK

We take a trip to flavour town by incorporating our Solar Flare hot sauce into one of our favourite dishes!
Ingredients:
2lb Pork shoulder or rib roast
1tsp Garlic salt
1tsp Smoked paprika
1/2tsp Cumin
1/2tsp Black pepper
1/2tsp Chili powder
1/2tsp Dry mustard
1c Barbeque sauce (your favourite)
1c Crushed pineapple
2tbsp Solar Flare hot sauce (more more to taste)
Process:
Add a 2lb pork shoulder to a slow cooker and season with all spices. Pour barbecue sauce, crushed pineapple and Solar Flare hot sauce over top.
Cover, and cook for 8 hours on low.
With 2 forks, shred pork to desired size and stir.
Cook for 1 more hour on low.
Add copious amount of pork to a brioche bun and top with your favourite coleslaw.

BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA

A tasty spin on a traditional pizza, our No Joke hot sauce becomes a fantastic buffalo sauce in this new recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2c Unsalted butter
1/4tsp Worcestershire sauce
2/3c No Joke hot sauce
Pizza dough
1c Mozzarella cheese
1/2c Cooked chicken
1/2c Red onions
1/4c Crumbled bacon
1/2c Cheddar cheese
2tbsp Fresh Cilantro
Process:
Add butter, worcestershire sauce and No Joke hot sauce to a sauce pan and bring to boil while whisking well.
Spread on stretched pizza dough.
Add toppings and bake at 400F for 20mins.
Serve with extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese.

STUFFED PEPPERS

A simple and delicious recipe featuring our No Joke hot sauce. This sauce was made for a dish like this!
Ingredients:
1lb Ground beef
1/2c White rice
1c Water
4 Large bell peppers
2c Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder
Salt and pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 Italian blend cheese
No Joke hot sauce
Process:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add rice and water to sauce pan. Bring to boil, cover and cook for 10mins until tender.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
Mix together the rice, beef, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Cut the tops off the peppers and hollow out the insides. Square the bottoms in necessary to make them stand.
Fill with the mixture, and top with extra tomato sauce.
Bake for 30mins, then baste with extra sauce, and top with Italian blend cheese.
Return to over for additional 30mins.

NORTHERN LIGHTS

ULTIMATE ROAST BEEF SANDWICH

The greatest sandwich ever conceived, featuring our Northern Lights hot sauce.
Ingredients:
The Sauce
1/2c Mayonnaise
1/4c Whole grain dijon mustard
1/4c Northern Lights hot sauce
The Carmelized Onions
2tbsp Unsalted butter
1/2 Md. red onion
2tbsp Maple syrup
1/2tsp Black pepper
1/2tsp Sea salt
The Sandwich
1tbsp Butter
4 Slices rye bread
4 slices swiss cheese
4 Slices havarti cheese
200g Shaved roast beef
Process:
Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Add all carmelized onions ingredients together in a heavy skillet with melted butter and cook on medium-high for about 8mins or until carmelized.
Add remaining butter to pan and add bread. Toast for a few mins and flip one slice and build the sandwich. Top with remaining bread slice, toasted side down and toast sandwich until desired. Garnish with dill pickles and enjoy!

SOLAR FLARE

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP

Warm up on those cold winter days with this delicious and hearty soup featuring our Solar Flare hot sauce.
Ingredients:
1 x 2lb Butternut Squash
1 x Md Onion
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1/2 tsp Allspice
2 cups Chicken broth (or water)
1/4 cup Cream (optional)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Solar Flare hot sauce
Sour cream & fresh dill to garnish
Process:
Heat butter and oil in pan and add squash, onion and garlic.
Cook for approx. 5 mins and add allspice, broth (or water), cream and salt/pepper.
Cook for approx 20mins until tender.
Blend well, and add Solar Flare hot sauce to desired heat level.
Return to boil, and serve, garnishing with sour cream and fresh dill.

STARGAZER

PARTY POTATOES

A quick and easy recipe that can be used as a side or even for breakfast featuring our Stargazer hot sauce.
Ingredients:
2c Mushroom soup
1/2c Melted butter
2c Sour Cream
Stargazer hot sauce
2lb Hash browns
2c Cheddar cheese
Process:
Add mushroom soup, melted butter, sour cream and Stargazer hot sauce to taste to baking dish and mix well.
Add hash browns and mix again.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45mins at 350F.
Serve, topping with more hot sauce and enjoy!

MOMENTO DE MUERTE

TACOS DE CARNE ASADA

Take your taco Tuesday to the next level with this recipe featuring our Momento de Muerte hot sauce.
Ingredients:
1/3c Vinegar
1/2c Soy Sauce
1/2c Olive oil
1/4c Lime juice
1tsp Salt
1tsp Black pepper
1tsp White pepper
1tsp Garlic powder
1tsp Chili powder
1tsp Dried oregano
1tsp Cumin
1tsp Paprika
1tbsp Momento de Muerte hot sauce
8 Cloves garlic
1lb Flank steak
1 White onion
1/4c Cilantro
2 Tomatoes (diced)
2c Maseca
1.5c Water
1tbsp Olive oil
1/2c Cheese
1 Avocado
1 Lime
Process:
Add first 12 ingredients and 4 cloves of minced garlic to a mixing bowl and whisk together. Pour over the steak, and refrigerate covered for 8-12hrs.
Onion Salsa: Dice onion and mix 1/2 with 1/4c cilantro and 1/4c lime juice. set aside.
Salsa Caliente: Place tomatoes, 1/2 an onion and 4 cloves garlic on baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 20-25mins. Add to mixing cup and blend well. Set aside.
Add marinated steak to a heavy skillet and cook on med-high for 10-12mins until cooked to desired doneness.
Tortillas: Add 2c of maseca and 1.5c water to a mixing bowl and mix well by hand. Roll dough into golfball sized balls and flatten with tortilla press. Add oil to skillet and bring up to med-high heat. Toast torillas for 3-4mins per side.
Finishing: Add cooked meat, onion salsa, salsa caliente, avocado slices, cheese if desired and a squeeze of lime to the tortillas.

BLUEBERRY PLAGUE

BACON JALAPENO POPPERS

A delicious twist on a classic hors d’oeuvre, these bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers come to life with our Blueberry Plague hot sauce.
Ingredients:
1/2c Cream Cheese
1/2c Cheddar Cheese
Blueberry Plague hot sauce
12 Jalapeño Peppers
12 Strips of Bacon
Process:
Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese and hot sauce to a bowl and mix well.
Split jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise, and fill each half with cheese mixture.
Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick.
Place on a lined or greased baking sheet and cook at 400F for 20 mins.
Serve with additional hot sauce and enjoy.

GROWN-UP MAC AND CHEESE

Grown-up Mac and Cheese, because who doesn’t love mac and cheese? A perfect meal for the fall & winter seasons.
Ingredients:
1c Italian Blend Cheese
1c Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Eggs
1.5c Evaporated Milk
1.5c Milk
1 tsp Kosher Salt
¾ tsp Mustard Powder
½ tsp Black Pepper
1c Small Pasta Shells
1/4c No Joke hot sauce
1/4c Bread Crumbs
Process:
Mix cheeses and set aside.
Whisk together remaining ingredients except for bread crumbs, saving ¼ of the cheese mix.
Add to slow cooker, top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve, and top with bacon (optional), green onions, fresh parsley and No Joke hot sauce to taste.

TORCHLIGHT COCKTAIL

Spice up your holiday soirée with this simple and delicious cocktail featuring our Solar Flare hot sauce.
Ingredients:
Honey Syrup
1c Honey
1/3c Water
Cocktail
Ice
2oz Fresh lime juice
2oz Honey syrup
4oz Tequila or white rum
1 tbsp Solar Flare hot sauce
Cane sugar
1 Pinch of cayenne pepper
Lime wedges & zest
Process:
Mix honey & water. Heat and whisk together.
In a cocktail shaker, add lime juice, honey syrup, tequila, solar flare hot sauce, ice and snake well.
Wet rim of cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into cane sugar.
Add mix to cocktail glass and garnish with cayenne pepper, lime wedge and zest.
