PINEAPPLE PULLED PORK
INGREDIENTS
  • 2tbsp Solar Flare hot sauce (more more to taste)
  • 2lb Pork shoulder or rib roast
  • 1tsp Garlic salt
  • 1tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2tsp Cumin
  • 1/2tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2tsp Dry mustard
  • 1c Barbeque sauce (your favourite)
  • 1c Crushed pineapple
PROCESS

Add a 2lb pork shoulder to a slow cooker and season with all spices. Pour barbecue sauce, crushed pineapple and Solar Flare hot sauce over top. Cover, and cook for 8 hours on low. With 2 forks, shred pork to desired size and stir. Cook for 1 more hour on low. Add copious amount of pork to a brioche bun and top with your favourite coleslaw. Enjoy!
