OPEN FACED GRILLED CHEESE
To a heated skillet, add butter, olive oil, onions, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme & sugar. Cook until onions darken and begin to caramelize. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Add bread to skillet, mayo side down, and top with a slice of each cheese. Top with onion mix, cover, and cook until cheese is melted. Add Stargazer hot sauce, and enjoy!
