BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP
Heat butter and oil in pan and add squash, onion and garlic. Cook for approx. 5 mins and add allspice, broth (or water), cream and salt/pepper. Cook for approx 20mins until tender. Blend well, and add Solar Flare hot sauce to desired heat level. Return to boil, and serve, garnishing with sour cream and fresh dill.
